At RESANOR, we take great care to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- UK Shipping: Standard delivery (3–5 business days) and Express delivery (1–2 business days) are available at checkout.
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on location (5–10 business days on average).
- Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that delivery times may be subject to delays during busy periods or due to customs clearance for international orders.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. underwear, swimwear, earrings) are non-returnable.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
